Pride of People, April 2017

Acrylic on Wood. Painted for the Hispanic Department's El Rincon Latino of Oberlin College. The mural comes apart in four panels for transportation. Pride of People contains all the flags of Latin America and is inspired by how Latinx Americans hold their culture's memories and pride. Pride of People is an intersecting tapestry of flags discussing immigrant's identity and the importance people place in their flags.

Final digital draft of the mural, used for reference by projecting the image onto the wood panels.

Backyard Designs, August 2014

Acrylic Wall paint and Spray paint on Brick. Painted in my back yard the night before I left for college. The first piece pictured is a collaboration between me and artist David Bryant which set off the project. These pieces are an improvisation born from the anticipation and anxiety of moving into a new chapter of my life.
